On-Site Services

General Site visit

We offer 1 day and ½ day general site visits where there is a requirement for a combination of services such as data amendments, software upgrade and training.

System Audit

As irrigation controller manufacturers, we understand Irrigation systems can only run at peak performance when all the components are working together.

We offer a system audit service where a Bailoy Technician will initially contact you to discuss any problems you may be having along with your requirements for the system. Based on this discussion, we will attend site to evaluate the various components of your system and give you a report on our findings along with recommendations on how to achieve your desired outcome.

Database Adjustments

All PC based controllers rely on the accuracy of the data in the system. It is crucial that the correct data for sprinkler types, nozzles, flows and arcs are accurate. Without this, the system will underperform causing under or over watering and unnecessary wear and tear on irrigation components.

A Bailoy technician will attend site to either amend the database based on supplied information or to discuss with you the changes you want to make

Remote Services

Database Adjustment

This service is offered to sites that have completed our data collection sheets and are confident that the information supplied is correct. If you are in doubt, we would recommend the onsite service where we can discuss or explain any areas of concern and view the results of any changes in real time.

Pre and Post Season Diagnostic Checks
A series of weekly or monthly programmes and auto diagnostic tests set up to run through the Winter months.

They are designed to highlight any issues between closing the system down for the Winter or opening for the Summer. This then alerts the Greenkeeping staff or their contractor to address problems in good time before the system is required to irrigate.

Database back-up and storage

As with all digital data, it is crucial that it is backed up externally whenever changes have been made

We come across many sites throughout the season that suffer from computer failure and either have no back up at all or a backup that is many years old and no longer reflects the sprinklers, flows or arcs installed.
