If the technician is unable to fix the fault, a replacement computer, monitor or peripheral item will be shipped according to the terms of the support agreement.
If you purchase a new computer through Bailoy, with a new system or part of an upgrade, you will be offered the additional option of taking out a computer support agreement.
If your GTI computer develops an issue, a Bailoy technician will endeavour to fix the problem by phone or remote access so you are back up and running as soon as possible.
